RETURN POLICY
The return policy of Dr. Amy Johnson, PhD, LLC is as follows:
Digital Products (except The Little School of Big Change Guided 6-Week Course, The Little School of Big Change Self-Study Course, The Change Coach Training and Certificate 6-month Program, and the Change Coach Self- Study Course, The Graduate Community Membership and Student Access Plus Membership):
Within 24 hours of purchase: Full Refund IF no course content has been completed. The customer should contact the support team to request your refund via email at support@dramyjohnson.com
Within 7 days of purchase: 50% refund IF no more than 2 lessons of the course have been completed. To receive a refund, customers must contact the support team via email at support@dramyjohnson.com with a request for a refund and explanation of why the refund is requested.
Within 7 days of purchase: no refund IF more than 2 lessons have been completed.
After 7 days of purchase: No refunds allowed.
The Change Coach Training and Certification Product:
When only paying the deposit upon enrollment: The $1000 Deposit is refundable within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours the deposit is non-refundable.
When paying in full or with a payment plan: $1000 deposit will be refunded prior to course start. Further refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Any refunds that may be granted will be prorated based on percent of course completed. There is no guarantee of a refund.
